Viewers use ControlPlay Coins for the actions you configure — game actions, sounds, overlays and text-to-speech. Optional Channel Points rewards can credit Coins. Eligible Affiliate and Partner channels can also offer permitted direct Bits interactions or selected Coin packages, each confirmed through Twitch.
How ControlPlay works

Connect your Twitch account
Sign in with Twitch and activate the ControlPlay Extension on your channel. Setup takes just a few minutes.
Viewers trigger real actions
Viewers use available ControlPlay Coins for configured actions. On eligible Affiliate and Partner channels, permitted direct Bits interactions and selected Coin packages provide additional routes through the Extension.
Every action lands in chat
When an action fires, ControlPlay posts a chat message so everyone sees who made it happen. Follow everything in your streamer dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
Who can use ControlPlay?
Any Twitch streamer can connect and configure ControlPlay. Bits in Extensions require an eligible Affiliate or Partner channel; viewers need a Twitch account.
What does it cost?
Starting is free and there is no subscription. Optional USB hardware for real game control can be purchased separately.
Who handles Bits and payouts?
Twitch processes and reports Bits used in Extensions separately from chat Bits. Under the current program, an eligible Affiliate or Partner generally receives 80% of one US cent per Bit used and ControlPlay receives the remaining 20% as developer. Twitch controls these terms and payouts and may change them.
Which games are supported?
ControlPlay includes 100+ preconfigured PC game profiles and custom mappings. Sounds, overlays and text-to-speech can complement other games or categories; actual compatibility depends on your setup.
Is my data safe?
ControlPlay is developed in Germany and follows the GDPR. You manage your data and consents in your account at any time.
